F.Y.I.

Just so you all know...I've finally started doing my blog, which means I have TONS of stuff to catch up on. Unfortunately, I'm new at this so I'll probably be slow, but at least I'm finally doing it and no one can keep harping on me for not having a blog (JAX!!). Anyway, it'll probably be sporatic and crazy for a while because there are so many different things that I want to add, and I'm just doing it as I come across the pictures and not necessarily in order...so bare with me~I'm trying!

The 4th of July

For the 4th of July this year, we had a great time watching the fireworks from the Auxilary Dam. They shot the fireworks out over the lake, and we had front-row seats to the action. The church had a big BBQ before the show started; hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, chips, desserts~it was all delicious! I was nervous how Morgan was going to react to all the loud bangs, but she loved it...she kept clapping and asking if she could touch them! And of course there was the excitement of them starting the peninsula on fire, but the firefighters were quick to jump on it before any damage was done (not that there could have been any real damage considering they were surrounded by water and the fire had no place to go)..go KCFD!!

The girls had fun playing in the back of Grandma Tommie's car...Elle, Taegan, Morgan and Tylee
